In this six hour class you will learn how to:

¨ Understand the difference between volts, AMPS and watts

¨ Understand the difference between grounding & bonding

¨ What deficiencies to put in your 4-Point Inspections

¨ Identify safety issues with electrical systems & how to report them

¨ Safely use electrical meters when performing home inspections

¨ Learn how to identify required electrical upgrades on updated systems

¨ Learn about the history GFI’s and Arc Faults and their required locations
