Manny Gonzalez has been doing home inspections in South Florida for over 20 years, teaching home inspection classes for over 12 years, and teaching continuing education classes throughout Florida for over 8 years. He is the current president for FABI  and also the vice president of HIASF (Home Inspector Association of South Florida). He is dedicated to his students and provides mentoring and consultations throughout their career. He is also dedicated to providing home inspectors with quality education for the betterment of the home inspection industry.

Jon Bolton owns and operates the multi-inspector firm the INSPECTAGATOR. He holds a BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida, possesses multiple certifications and has been performing professional home inspections since 1998.  Jon has authored many home inspection related articles for local and national publications and authored a book entitled Tactical Real Estate Negotiator.  He has been featured on several radio programs and in the New York Times twice and is an invited speaker at radio stations, real estate offices and real estate investment clubs.  Jon is also the owner/director of Home Inspection University- Florida.

Jean Anne Baker is a Florida Licensed Home Inspector and a FABI RPI. She holds a Master of Science degree in Education from Indiana University. ean Anne has inspected over 1500 homes and has performed over 5000 wind mitigation and 4 point inspections in Florida.

Bill Labita has personally inspected or restored over 13,000 homes in Central & South Florida. He estimated damage on several hundred homes for various insurance companies during the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew. He entered into the Home Inspection business in 1996 in Central Florida. He has enjoyed great success serving the home and business owners in their quest for property ownership. During his 22+ years here, he was asked to formulate a class in Home Inspection for Seminole Community College; instructing new Home Inspectors in the proper procedure of building Inspections. This was a wonderful way to
sharpen and hone his own skills. He is a member of ASHI and FABI, a licensed mold assessor, a certified pest control operator, a FEMA disaster inspector, and an ESA certified mold inspector/sampler.

Michael Conley has forty-five years experience in all facets of residential and commercial construction, repair, remodeling, condominium conversions. He is experienced as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, superintendent, project manager, construction consultant and estimator. As a home inspector Mike has thirty-two years experience. His inspection experience encompasses municipal code inspections as a building official, relocation inspections for three national relocation companies, insurance and bank, building evaluation, partial and complete resale and mortgage home inspections. Mike also have experience inspecting commercial & industrial buildings as well as new construction monitoring, walk through, and Draw inspections. Mike has experience in property valuation replacement costs as it pertains to residential & commercial buildings. Over the last twenty-five years, he has established replacement costs for various condiminiums, industrial buildings, single family homes using various cost guides including but not limited to local data, National Builders Association cost guide, Marshall-Swift, and others. In addition, Michael is a nationally recognized educational speaker and presenter, as well as a writer of various inspection subjects. He has presented at various venues for ASHI as well as their associated chapters. Mike is certifed as a state Educational Provider and has experience as an instructor for ITA, Kaplan/ITA and is currently an instructor with the ASHI School, Red Vector, & McKissock Schools.
