Plus, optional additional courses and credits planned for Friday, March 16 for those wishing to earn all 14 renewal credits for their HI license or just wanting refreshers.

SPECIAL 6 HOUR ADVANCED ROOF INSPECTIONS CLASS
Taught by Glenn Stephens – Certified Residential Contractor, Roofing Contractor and FABI Member – this 6 hour roofing course will take place Friday beginning at 8:00 a.m.
This class describes how to properly inspect a roof based on installation methods under Florida Building Code (FBC) and National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), how worker’s compensation impacts the home inspection community, and establishing safety policies for inspecting roofs.
This course is approved for both HI (general) and CILB (1 WC, 1 WPS, and 4 general) license renewal credits.
